The ramen shop “Bentenya,” which YouTuber Hikaru has loved for 15 years, is finally opening a location in Tokyo’s Ginza area!
Born in Himeji, Hyogo, this beloved ramen shop will land right in the heart of Tokyo — in Yurakucho 1-Chome — as the new Bentenya Tokyo Store.
Grand Opening of Bentenya Tokyo Store: January 1, 2026
The official grand opening of Bentenya Tokyo Store is scheduled for January 1, 2026 (New Year’s Day).
You’ll finally be able to enjoy Hikaru’s favorite “Umamiso Ramen” in Tokyo.

To celebrate the opening, a special pre-opening event will be held on December 31, 2025:
“Sell 5 Million Yen Worth of Ramen for 10,000 Yen Each Until It’s Gone”!
You’ll receive the same delicious “Umamiso Ramen” made by the master chef, just like on a regular day. But the real attraction of this event is not just the ramen itself.
Hikaru and all the NextStage members will be there in person, making it a fan event you can’t miss.
Hikaru even said, “I want fans to think of this as paying 10,000 yen to attend a meet-up.”
Participation will be limited to about 500 people, inspired by Hikaru’s 5 million YouTube subscribers. Please note: Admission will be decided by lottery.
